A championship 9-hole course, the New Paltz Golf Course offers a challenge for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.
A diversity of golfers including women, juniors, and seniors enjoy the scenic views and excellent conditions. The putting surfaces and fantastic layout, along with the friendly atmosphere, are what bring golfers back over and over again. With a fully stocked pro shop, competitive prices and great selection, purchasing equipment or golf apparel or buying gift certificates is convenient. Also available are two practice greens and a full scale driving range. Working on your game is made easy with P.G.A Professional Larry Furey who is always available for instruction and can help you with your full swing problem as well as instruction on your short game. Tee times are required on weekends and holidays and can be made by calling the pro shop at (845)255-8282. Daily fees are reasonable, so come out and see us once and we know you’ll come back for good.
Also located on the golf course premises are two fantastic restaurants. For fine dining and a 4 star experience Locust Tree at 255-7888. And for golfers, stop by the outside porch at the New Paltz Public House for some great sandwiches and cold beer, or call 255-1960 for booking small parties for any occasion. |
